We had a great stay at this hotel as the service was great and all the staff were friendly. However one staff stood out in particular (I’m not sure of her name). But we arrived early on the 21st and she was able to get us checked in early and didn’t charge the £15 fee since it was Christmas. It was such a lovely gesture and it was greatly appreciated, we will be back
We arrived early, a very kind lady name Angeline, let us check in early. We had such great banter, she so friendly, great laugh, great sense of humour. Not only location is great, our warm welcoming from Angeline was superb

His friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference and made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The location was convenient with good access to nearby amenities and transport. Communication was smooth and helpful throughout my stay, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
I have to say, probably one of the best premier inns i have had the pleasure of staying at. The gentleman at the bar Tony was an absolute super star. Nothing was too much and remembered my order and was very diligent ensuring my stay was comfortable and welcoming. Parking is simple, first two rows are horizon parking, the back 2 rows are red bays. Easy check in and caring staff, couldn't ask for anything more.
Great stay at a nice premier inn. Would definitely return. The location is prime for restaurants, shopping and fun activities with the kids. A little bit slow whilst checking in. The manager Sam was especially welcoming and was very friendly with all the family.
We had a great stay at this Premier Inn and its location to get into the shopping centre was superb. We had a top floor premier plus room and had absolutely no noise and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff very very good especially Kwabena who checked us in and explained the car park. Car parking was no issue but we did arrive early to ensure we could get a space. Overall a very good stay.
I had a brilliant stay, greeted by a gentleman named william who gave us a lovely welcoming. He was very quick at checking us in and made it funny and made us feel comfortable as wewas nervous as it was our first time going to a hotel! Our eggs, sausages, bacon and mushrooms was cooked beautifully. Our server was a lovely young girl who was very friendly. Perfect location your on top of the city centre and many places to go. All in all 5 stars from us and we look forward to planning another stay.
